Shipping Policy

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/replacement of your item.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

• The return policy is valid only on selected range of Mattresses only. Pillows & other bedding accessories are non-returnable.
• We offer 30 nights risk free trial from the date of purchase only on the selected range of mattresses (excluding the Baby mattress & travel ease mattress)
• We will refund the complete amount if the mattress is in same condition as it was purchased.
• In case of stains on cover or damaged mattress cover, the cover damage cost will be chargeable during the return.
• The original packing of the mattress should be retained to pack the mattress during returns so that there is no damage to the mattress.
• We usually process the return request within 7 business days and process the refund within 7 days of receiving the mattress at our manufacturing unit.
• 30 Night Trial is not valid on Customized sizes & all kinds of pillows & other bedding accessories.
• No return will be entertained if a customer is placing the order for the wrong size. Hence always measure the bed size in prior to ensure that the selected size is correct.
